Hello Ni Meng Hao...!
I am a new kid on the block..please be gentle with me:-)
I am the owner of a small recruiting firm, called Eagle Recruiting. I can hardly keep my mouth shut today, simply because I have found all of you who all have some of me in you…e.g. interest in China as well being in the recruiting industry…My How I Miss You!!
I am reaching out to all of you to seek future collaborations /assistance/advice in one way or another….
I have been running my recruiting business in Nashville TN in the past few years with a unique approach which is nowhere to be seen or heard of (as far as I know) in the US recruiting world….Let me explain…
My business model is almost 100% online, where we create a large flow of activities daily. Over the years, I have personally trained recruiter trainees (most in the US and some in China ONLINE) from the ground up, including many HR managers, to recruit positions with my own model. Most trainees are able to make placements during training, to realize our “Earn while Learn” philosophy. 85% recruiter trainees (most without any prior recruiting experience) succeeded in making placements in their first 90 days working part time. Jobs placed range from Engineering, Accounting, Finance, IT, Healthcare, Sales, etc. (Some of us have been working online for years but never care to meet in person..as we feel we've already known each other inside out:-) The secret of our success lie in the fact that we operate differently from 99% of our competitors in the US.
Now I am ready to plug this system to work to train people in China (hopefully hundreds if not thousands will be interested in making money (US $$) at home ONLINE with one-on-one training by the US recruiting expert, or trainers like you in China) supported by all the recruiting resources one can think of, (active job boards, passive job boards, resume mining tools, millions of in-house candidate database and the largest FREE online resources and techniques captured/collected/by me and my team plus our top industry experts in the US)
My wish-lists in reaching out to you…I hope to invite more experts to be on our company advisory board from China, and exchange ideas, resources, open positions, marketing tips and also need more online trainers paid monthly by percentage gained, recruiting experts who want to dedicate training materials (help you market), online assistants, trainees or just anyone who has something to say about this.. I desire your feedback as you are in China and also expert in this industry…
