Any other Recruiters using Twitter for Business?

I wanted to canvass you wise people on the network and find out if you've had a chance to experiment with using Twitter for business?

I'd like to use Twitter to:

Improve the Performance of my Staff - through things like goal setting (committing to something in writing is more powerful than just saying you will do it!)
Generating great candidates
Maybe even identifying new leads and business opportunities
Making our company more approachable and 'social'

I've already got about 200 'followers' and I am 'following'
about 300 - if you're looking to achieve more of the above, come and follow me and you can see how I've been using it. It's too early to tell if its worked, but I will share results here on Glass Dragon!

The training website/online store will be put up soon, where everyone can be an author on any recruiting related subject (maybe yours can be Twitter related...??) where one feels he/she has something to dedicate. Your Twitter/Recruiting messages are very interesting. I see you had a message in March regarding Twitter recruiter training. Are there any web classes on that coming up in the future?

I am doing sourcing for China. Does it work there at all?
